EndahQR Data Deletion Instructions

When this applies
EndahQR does not currently maintain user accounts or store ongoing user profiles through its public website. If you have contacted EndahQR through Meta, Facebook Login, WhatsApp, or another communication channel and want any associated information reviewed for deletion, you can use the instructions below.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to info@endahqr.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
- Include enough information for us to identify your interaction, such as your name, phone number, email address, or the date and context of your message.
- If your request relates to a Meta or Facebook-connected experience, include the app name and the contact method you used.
Facebook and Meta removal steps
If you connected to EndahQR through Facebook or a Meta-related app integration, you can also remove the connection from your Facebook account:
- Open Facebook and go to Settings & Privacy.
- Select Settings, then open Apps and Websites.
- Find the EndahQR app or related connection.
- Choose Remove to disconnect it from your Facebook account.
What happens next
After receiving a request, EndahQR will review whether any personal information associated with the request exists in our records. If it does, we will process deletion within a reasonable period, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, or recordkeeping obligations.
If we do not have personal information associated with your request, we will let you know after reasonable review.
